These terms cover your use of the Whatling app, made by Andrej Gazi in the United Kingdom. By using Whatling you agree to them.

What whatling is

Whatling identifies things in photos using AI and shows information about them. Answers are checked against sources but can be wrong.

Safety

Never eat, touch, handle or treat anything based on an answer from Whatling. Never eat a wild plant or mushroom identified from a photo.
Whatling is not medical, veterinary or professional advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. In the UK call 999, or NHS 111 for advice.
You use answers at your own risk.

Your use

Only photograph things you're allowed to, and don't use Whatling to identify or track people.
Don't misuse the app or try to break, copy or overload it.

Subscriptions

Whatling is free with a daily number of scans. Premium is a paid subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. A free trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least a day before it ends.
Cancel and manage your subscription in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings. Refunds follow the store's rules.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app first.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren't liable for loss caused by relying on an answer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
