Restore premium on a new phone

Open Whatling, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Google or Apple account you subscribed with.

Cancel a subscription

Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Whatling > Cancel. iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Whatling > Cancel. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

Refunds

Google Play and Apple handle refunds. On Android, request one at play.google.com under Order history.

The answer was wrong

Tap Report at the bottom of the answer. When Whatling isn't sure, it shows the close matches instead of one name. Never eat, touch or treat anything based on an identification alone.

Delete your data

Settings > Delete all finds removes your finds and scan records from our servers. Email us for anything else.

Does whatling identify people?

No. It never recognises faces or names people.
